Be careful, the very little I know about PCTH is there is 3 million overhang waiting from convertibles, I think they are coming up for a vote on Monday, not sure. Don't know if they can be converted early, I suspected that why it was bouncing off $4 at the close yesterday. Don't know just guessing.
