LAUN ON BREIFING 10:21 ET Launch Media (LAUN) 21 3/8 +1 1/2 (+7.5%): In joint venture with SOFTBANK CORP., Yahoo Japan Corporation and Tokyo Broadcasting System to create a new online music destination for the Japanese market company called LAUNCH Japan. Softbank Publishing will own a 50% stake in the joint venture, with LAUNCH Media owning 30%, Yahoo! JAPAN owning 10% and TBS owning 10%.
