I'm unclear about 2 VCO's per phone I believe each cell phone currently has 2 VCO's 1 for signal receipt and 1 for transmission. My thinking was that if data and voice are going to go over different spectrums, the cell phones would need 2 pairs of VCO's, 1 for voice and 1 for data.
