They admitted it in a press release when DELL came out and told users what to do - a few days ago. I don't recall the exact details, but apparently DELL tested and accepted MU's chips. Then DELL went and made a few tweeks, like the BIOS, but didn't retest. The tweeks caused this intermittent problem with MU's chips only when the notebook went into sleep mode and was rewoken.
