Hi seahorse,

I have said that it is the Houses that have manipulated this rotation from the Techs to their lousy performing DOW stocks in order to bolster their reports in about two weeks and they came on CNBC and said Fidelity was the big mover behind this. Fidelity has over 1,000 Mutual Funds.
