BioFiltration Systems Announces the Filing of Form
10SB/12G and a 100 for 1 Forward Split

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc., symbol
(Pink Sheets:BIFS) trades on the NQB Pink Sheets. It was incorporated in 1992 for the purpose of purchasing, further developing and patenting a proven Anaerobic/Aerobic Remediation Process for treating and disposing aircraft deicing and anti-icing fluids and other related organic effluent.

On Feb. 3, 2000, BioFiltration Systems filed their Form 10SB/12G with the SEC in order to become a fully reporting OTC-BB stock. Refer to www.freeedgar.com to review the complete filing.

BioFiltration Systems is pleased to announce a 100 for 1 Forward Split to increase the liquidity and growth potential for it's shareholders. The date of record is March 31st with an effective date of April 15th.

concluded the most cost-effective method of disposal of deicing fluid was Anaerobic bio-remediation.
