Looks like the "local city edition" business model has failed & the stock is back in the one's. The Company plans to start the LCB program April 1, 2000. The first LCB's will come from the ranks of the Company's Local City Editors. The Company is restructuring its marketing plans for its local city editions by streamlining them to fit new market conditions.
