Estimated offering range and # of shares were both raised today, which usually indicates a healthy IPO. biz.yahoo.com "Netpliance Inc. said on Thursday an initial public offering increased to 8 million common shares from 7 million, and that the price range rose to $15-17 a share from $13-15."
