I answered my own question about the date for the 10K in researching this stock. What I see on the web site looks like an effort to cover up poor execution. Their year-end announcement did not include year-end financial results. The 10Q promised for February 8 is still not on the site over a month later. Revenues apparently declined 30% in the year following release of their internet product. Total revenues for the year were only $11.2 million. To get that much information one must cut and paste from the Q3 10Q and a Q4 press release. The Q4 press release hypes "growth" to less than $1/2 million for a product line that has been on the market five quarters. Can anyone offer conflicting or better data? The 10K is due March 30.
