Give me a break, you can't be serious.... aside semantics "is improving" as compared to "has improved., the rest is simply unbelievable.... Joseph Stalin was revered by Russians, who hated Georgians than and even more now....The rate of intermarriage between Croats and Serbs abd Bosnians was the highest in Yougoslavia than in any multiethnic country (US including) in history....and on..(when I have time I will continue)
