Gee, very nice analysis and buy on CTZ. I am lost here, Allen. The stock now is about 55, above what I understood to be the cash buyout of $52. I have this stock in two accounts. In one, I've pulled the tender back and sold the stock now. I do not know what I am doing, and since I know that I don't know what I am doing, I felt it best to take most profits now. If buyout goes higher than 55, I still have some. Paul
