It was not stated if the estimate of $12.5M would come only from the sale of oil. They own 20% of ORSI which could have contributed to that estimate. Also, the $20per bbl. might be a little too high(to be conservative)
I agree with you, Madly, on trading Oilex instead of investing. There are more chances for the stock to go from .30 to 1.25 and back down then going up and staying up. And, even if the company does keep her promises(estimates), it will take some time for investors to realize this and brake the trend(going back down)
The company now makes money and I don't see why they shouldn't buy their own shares. Maybe 2M shares will somehow stop the dilution and bring the price to $3. Remember: we have one month before the company could have the chance to really consider NASDAQ. Until then, the company can decide on many ways to bring the price up. Advise? Call Oilex!
