Definitive Agreement Signed
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2000--Registry Magic (Nasdaq:RMAG - news) of Boca Raton, Fla., and Synergex International, of Gold River, Calif., announced today that the two companies have signed a definitive agreement that will result in a merger. Both companies' stockholders must approve the agreement before it is finalized. No other details of the transaction are available.
