I agree with you Bob. It should only be a warning flag. Nothing definitive. That's why I said 'watch out'. You have to be very careful with BB stocks, and when several different insiders file to sell in conjunction with seemingly good press releases it's time to pay attention. Especially when after the filings the price mysteriously starts to decline with all the good news. FTEL didn't do squat today even though they had news yesterday saying they 'inked 4 large contracts!' This is especially noticeable when you see large volume but no increase in price. Remeber when GIFS would have 100-200 thousand shares traded but the price was stagnant? Well half was the retail investor(you and me) buying on the good news, the other half were insiders and their friends selling into the buying. CC
