telephonics,

I would need to disagree. Sure it is. I buy fire sale stuff all the time.....As is and shown......I evaluate the risk....I accept the risk. Old cars....old houses....troubled companies......Make an offer!

A good lawyer keeps you out of court. Settlements are made.....liability is estimated. A lawyer who can't predict outcomes.....isn't worth a damn.

If ANLT is worried that all of their customers will leave them.....then they can't sit around and pray. If they do.....then they will have no business left.

If you know that their plan is to "sit around and pray".....please let me know.....I will need to sell my stock. <g>

I really don't know how smart these guys are. I hope they were smart enough to have good insurance....and enough of it.....I really don't think they are worried about their customer base. They have been around a very long time.

I believe that there was no intent to deceive or cover up......I think it was just a couple of contracts that were "blown".......and I think they came along with the new entity.

So I don't think any of this is really as bad as the shorts might say it is.....but who knows. How you can run a great business for years....and then just become "criminals" overnight....is a mystery to me.

It is nice having the insiders holding so much of the stock....I know they will act in their own best interest.
