I heard the property they want to get is like Luicho but with better economics due to close proximity of roads, power and infrastucture. Luicho is in the middle of nowhere. We hit a new high of 42 cents today and Canaccord did most of the buying of late. They also hold most of the bids on the depth.

With the management is related to key director of Pac Rim. That will be great come promo time.
