What! No one here. Guess I don't blame "you". I must assume that you have either sold and moved on, or hold waiting for the inevitable, BUT at least saw todays news. Does anyone feel that we go "sold out" with this deal.

$12/unit. Each unit include 2 common PLUS a warrant. Warrant is the right to exercise OR buy anothe common within 5 years no matter what the share price, pay only $7.50.

So they paid $6/share while we pay $7.50 and IF (or when) we saaaaay get sold for like $15, they can get another for only $7.50. They end up with 3 commons for $19.50 worth $45.00.

Now does this establish a ceiling or a floor - share price wise? Am I missing something?
