I believe J. Meynard Keynes ?sp, the renowned economist, was the source for your quote.

So what are we expecting for stock performance after the phase 1 results are announced in the coming weeks? Will IZP follow in the footsteps of other biotechs, experiencing a runup ahead of a successful announcement ( okay...few biotechs) followed by a drop after the press release, leaving all the biotech newbies stymied? i.e. buy on the rumor sell on the news. Or will there be a ratcheting up to the next lower risk level with a sustained price bump, followed by anticipation of a NASDAQ listing?

I think you're really playing with fire if you 're trading this stock now. Wouldn't it be better to either hang tight or sell half your holdings if you've got a decent profit and anticipate (god forbid) negative information?

If I sound a little dazed, I am. Watching the entire USA misinterpret our esteemed president's comments on access to genomic data has put a rather large dent in my biotech portfolio. I'm not worried yet. Dazed yes, but not worried.
:).
