Francis, I don't discount your advice but the way I read this deal, it would only be in Select's interest to drive the stock price down convert the debentures to stock drive the stock price up It's not "ethical" but if you know the game, what's the problem ? I'm being very honest, I don't understand the problem. Do you think Excel, the brokerage houses etc. do it any differently ? No sarcasm intended. Take care.
