buyback calls slowly so that you can allow them to decay somewhat

it is possible that QCOM could rise 8-12 points over a few weeks
but LEAPS might not rise by more than about 6-8 pts

apprecation of the CREE or ELON shares in the meantime would finance some buyback
then again, could sell LEAPS on either of these

still guessing that QCOM will be more sluggish

also, after meeting a FedCall, everything reverts to normal
margin buypower might reappear, thus allowing partial LEAP buybacks

thanks VoltaKrishna, selling LEAPS is a pinch maneuver
