Which investment would drive QCOM's stock up higher?

A stock buy back or some sort of strategic investment/aquisition?

What type of investment would give them a further edge in the coming G3 market?

More Satellite Investment?
Additional Global positioning investment?
How about taking piece of a company like Telular (Ticker WRLS). They are in the wireless terminal business...
How about a software company to aid them in establishing a M-Commerce strong hold?
Add Superconductor holdings to sell to the same customers with the CDMA/HSD cell towers?

Or would all of this simply dilute themselves from being focussed on domination of wireless chip sets...

I find I spend way too much time trying to figure this type of stuff out...
I'm always trying to get into the heads of the CEO's of these Gorillas...
I want to buy what they want to buy, before they buy it.

Any ideas?
