I use Datek most of the time. Good liquidity for the most part as your orders are routed to ISLD ECN. Once in a while MM's ignore you in slow stocks. Probably the better of the online brokers. It's plain and simple if that suits your needs (works for me). Haven't had to contact customer service in at least 6mo's and when I have it was usually a very brief wait. They also have an express server if you like to play fast moving stocks.
