Mot has not agreed to perform O&M past tomorrow, unless it's paid cash. And the banks have not agreed to use of cash collateral for that purpose....Tomorrow, either Mot or the banks blink, somebody brings more money to the table, or the system grinds to a halt....according to my read of the BK filings.
