My old man was a r.e. broker too. Measured many a property line with him. When you stop and think- most J6Ps (and everyone with wealth) have more of their money tied up in real estate than anything else.

Of course, as another broker friend of mine always said: there's been more money lost in Real Estate speculation than everything else combined. Including tulips.

Back to the NCAA- my alma mater is playing Gonzaga, and it's a tight one..

Will have to come up with a good header for a new thread. Any ideas- besides, Got Land?
