Hi John,

I must say the results look very encouraging so far, particularly the assays from pitting. I own a fair amount of the stock at higher prices and I purchased after reviewing the available data (news releases). I'm not an expert on gold deposits, and don't pretend to be one, but these results look very good.

I hate to focus on the negative but I am concerned about the insider trading, thats the only reason I continue to mention it, I have no hidden agenda. I think the results from the upcoming trenching program will be very important.

I tried to check out this company and its principles at the PDAC in Toronto but none of the Australian officials were aware of the company or its management. This is not necessarily a bad thing.

Its to bad that additional data such as maps, diagrams, original trench numbers from "Posie 1" were not available. I guess if these guys hit paydirt with the upcoming drill program, they will be come under greater scrutiny and more information will be produced for potential investors. Right now the risk is very high.

For now I like the story, and I remain long on the stock....
