the Kondratyev wave is no BS imo...Schumpeters work among others is based on it. the existence of the K-wave can be traced back a long way...after all we do possess a wealth of historical economic data, and the cycles are clearly visible in those. you also talk about someone who you obviously no nothing about...ROFLMAO, he actually sounds just like you most of the time, only with more hard data to back up his claims...
