So Bruce why is it that you won't give out any pricing information on the shares of your private placement? Is this because you hope to get whatever the market will bear from any investor that calls? It is easier for Southland to set the price if there is no posted offering price? Does that mean that different investors will pay different prices for the same offering?

Isn't it true that you must disclose the offering price on the Form D that you must file with the SEC? Has that Form D been filed as yet? You must do so within 30 days of selling shares I believe.
