Even if Intel does not slip on Wilamette execution, AMD can induce a whole world of hurt on the laptop side. AMD is not going down with Wilamette introduction as some people seem to think. <But I still think getting a 2-way (and more) chipset out is very important. ;) > Don't get me wrong - the 2-way stuff is important but speaking dollars and cents it will be tough for that business to get to the same level as the laptop business. Think of it this way - Dell can wait for Wilamette for covering the desktop MHz angle but can Mikey wait until Northwood for similar success on the laptop side? What if Dell finally gets to AMD camp because of AMD's edge on the laptop side? Chuck
