"value is going to be realized over a longer term than I originally anticipated"

Perhaps but in light of everything that has happened in the market over the last little while I think ASTV has held up quite well. I wouldn't call what happened after the news a tank by any means. The stock probably would have done a lot better on that news a month ago than this week but the news wasn't ready then.

The fact that the company put out the news under these conditions in the market is in my opinion a testimonial to the integrity of the individuals involved. If you look around for that kind of integrity in public companies of this size you can spend a long time looking before you hit pay dirt.

I believe ASTV shareholders will be rewarded for their patience. In the mean time ASTV can still be acquired at a relatively inexpensive price by new investors. For those already in the stock, there seems to be support around the five dollar level so all the usual options are there. The last thing I am going to do is toss and turn all night because the price didn't jump skyward in this particular week.
