Well sleep tight, Mr. Pluvia...

...I'm sure you guys are storing up your energies for the barrage before the open. Don't worry, we'll be there too.

I like the descriptive use of "a tiny little fraud spewing operation." Does that apply to shorts like you if you are proven to either not know anything about what you claim or that it is simply untrue? I know where I'd place my wager.

I trust you have read the sign up information on the econnectholdings.com website. It will answer some of your more tortured assumptions about banking and the like.

I wish I had a Bank and could get in on the ground floor of this technology. Whoever gets it is going to become rather rich. Seems the ducks are all lining up.

The lawsuits sure seem rather coincidental to the statements coming right out of you and Mr. A@P's posts. Almost cut and paste, really. Where were all these lawyers before you two waltzed into dodge and after a short time declared this a fraud when some of us have been here for months and see it as not a fraud? Why the action now? Tell me Mr. A@P has not been soliciting business for these class actions or did not have a hand in providing his so-called "due diligence" to them in his "enlightened" manner. Seems that his request for people to email him might have been fed right to the lawyers who then took hook line and sinker Mr. A@P's spin. I realize this is a well orchestrated effort by the shorts to damage this company so they make loads of money. In that scenario, I do hope that the SEC in fact steps in to protect the longs from these tactics. The fact is if this stock reopens and it trades around its last close, I see ZERO damages and I see a nice little trumped up lawsuit go POOF. I would rather use my shares of stock to fertilize a graveyard than allow one single class action lawsuit suck the lifeblood out of my belief in this company. In my view, these lawsuits are not designed to help the company. They are designed to further harm it, exactly what you and Mr. A@P want. Nothing has been proven yet. The news that permeates the airwaves is tainted by the stench of the shorts' scheme. Even if there are certain SEC violations, it does not do one thing to shake my faith in the vision of this technology as it has been described. You do not know if it does not work.

In the end, the SEC may not help, but it certainly may not hurt either. At the least, it will get some incredible media attention and if it turns this spin around, it could simply explode into the same range it was when the shorts hit Dodge.

When you fully understand the technological vision of what this company is doing, then there can be a rational discussion. But as of now, nothing you have posted has given me any confidence that you even have one clue about how this whole new financial transaction will work. Keep studying. I have confidence that some dy you will "get it" and then we can really discuss its promise.

Good night!
