Good things come to those that wait and I guess the run to $27 helped Jeff defer some of his legal hassles of late.

Well, I have good news and bad news, but probably the reverse of what you might expect. The bad news is that although I still avidly follow IARC I sold my shares a long long time ago and never bought back. I thought about it but knew if I did I'd have to tell people I did and then I'd be "obligated" to post as such and thus make sure I was in the know on stuff, etc. Way too time consuming.

The good news is that so far I haven't paid a penny in legal fees. My insurance company picked up the tab on the Business Wire suit (personal liability is part of most homeowners policies; if you don't have defamation coverage under it then make sure you call your agent and get it!), and so far there have been no costs associated with the AZNT suit. The "funny" thing about the latter suit is that AZNT actually fabricated a post I made on SI. They literally added stuff to it I never said, replete with spelling errors.

Oh for the old days when people only lost their money to scam artists and not lawyers (gg).
