I'm relatively new to both CUBE and HLIT. Can anyone tell me how many shares of HLIT, Cube shareholders will receive? Also, does anyone have any thoughts on the value of the spin-off shares Cube shareholders will receive as well. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
