The technology of intelligence management? And why the stealth?
Intelligence management is the essence of planning. Motivation of people to control events. The technology involves object technology, search engine, comparison engine, library of case history, data base, and written in a way that automatically sequenced to achieve objective. No software on earth has this comprehensive approach yet.
Intelligence is based on wishful thinking(desire), intuition(confidence in analysis), planning and execution of communications. Software automation is to sequence it with setting goals in high level design language, search for case history of related past events, compare all case histories to select the appropriate one using fuzzy logic, plan a virtual lan to reach targeted people and execute the communication polling feedback. The feedback will be graded for the level of success of the project in real terms(such as the GDP increase or military conflict turn to peace agreement). Process repeats itself until successful.
