Frenchie, JDSU does not own talent. In fact, that talent has ownership of JDSU. That talent can leave anytime. In fact, if that is JDSU's main BTE, there is big trouble ahead. One of the big problems that tech companies have is as their talent becomes vested and rich, they leave. Some retire, some start new companies, some become key talent for competitors.
