ATTENTION ALL!! I am inetrested in organizing a Class action suit against ..the top 5 NASD wholesaling Firms, and The majority of NASDAQ market makers on the Bulletin Boards stocks and the NASD, The reasons are the ... 1.) The inability of the public to exectuet at published prices 2.) The failure of NASD member Firms to answer their PHONES ( the only way to trade currently BB stocks ). 3.) The practice of crsoss locking markets on IPO's 4.) The unfair rules and advantages that NASDAQ firms have over public investors and traders 5.)( the consistent abuse of power exhibityed by the Giant Firms on Wallstreet to...c"cuff " trades which is when ...the best fills are reserved ..for a few seconds and minutes ..and reviewd to determine ...who gets them..or whether the Firm will just keep the fills for themselves... 6.) the seeming ..fiduciary failure of Wall Street to give early warnings on stocks athat are having trouble.. 7.) and multiple other reasons why the public gets screwed over and over......
