I may cast my meager vote against the merger unless ALA starts to perform the way NT, LU, CSCO, Ericson, et al have been performing. Why would anyone working at NN want ALA options if the stock performs this poorly relative to others you could work for "across the street" ? Hope something happens soon to save ALA share price from continuing to sell off.
