Well, the spread is rapidly closing. ETEK: 252 1/2 up 12 3/8 JDSU: 133 1/8 up 3 3/4 10:38 AM EST I have requested information from JDS Uniphase IR regarding this rumor, although I think the rumor is baloney. Market volatility, IMO, was the cause for the arbitrage spread. Glad I got some more of the good stuff yesteday at 11:30 AM I will post any response I get from JDSU IR. -CodeMogul
