Bob, Chances are your vote may not mean anything given that ALA has been acquiring shares and they already have the big shareholders on side. This situation may be somewhat temporary assuming some or most of the recent price action is attributed to the arbs. After today's option expiry, I will be completely out of NN. I have been in and out of NN for three+ years. It's been a real ride with some gains and some big hits. I have been very disappointed with Management throughout this time. My lack of respect for management has saved me at times in that it caused me to bet against the company at key times. A wild ride in deed! Best of luck to all. Blaireo
