Rich, that move in the trannies and utils was based on the fundamental news regarding the planned increase in oil production. The oversold condition in the indices added fuel to the fire. I say shag the DJIA cause that has no funnymental reason to rally 500 pts. shag the utilites, did you see what the transports did the past two days? nuts.
