CanStocks, somebody else with more experience might want to confirm this for you, but I'm pretty sure that CUBE shareholders will receive .5427 shares of HLIT for every share of CUBE they own. If my math is right, that roughly equates to a value of the Cube Spin-off = 84 - (.5427*115)= $21.59. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. That's the way I've been figuring it anyway.
