We should pay special attention to UROG. Somehow I did not notice a second more recent SC-13, dated 2/14/00. Aries & Co. have hugely increased their stake to 25% of class since nibbling in October. Something's gotta be going on. Couldn't help noticing the Aries Master Fund is based in the Caymans.
