Wafa, nice talking to you again. The only point I disagree with you on is the potential success of the power applications. My experience in new product launch is that you must be twice as good at half the price to make a major and rapid impact in the market place. Cryogenic power transmission on HT-SC (in silver or the new Ni substrates IGM is getting involved with) is just not going to get launched for another five years or even more in a commercial fashion, thus the only revenues will be R&D revenues and that is not much. The wireless applications however, satisfy and then some, the above axiom, and thus launching will be capacity constrained rather than market constrained, IMHO. Furthermore, another "downside" with the power HT-SC is the appearance of new technologies which will obviate the HT-SC power line, that might be 5 to 7 years down the road, but after all the effort, AMSC may find that it may be supplanted by other technologies. I do not find that risk for the next 5 years with the electronic applications CDTS and SCON are involved with, and am actually hoping that they rapidly develop additional applications outside the narrow field of filtering.
