Earlie, That was my thought also, but I don't follow Micron so I had to assume I might be missing something. I'm tempted to buy puts on the opinion of others on this thread, but I want to have a better understanding. Last I heard was that DRAM prices just took out the prior low. So this rally is really sick. I also just read a real negative article on Rambus and that Micron would prefer having little to do with it because of manufacturing complications and "inferior" performance. How many days to go before the 87 - 20 day thing is up? Also, I couldn't find any details about that forced conversion in the 10K. Did you see it in the 10K? Any details? Wayne
