Large Short Position

Telephonics,

Sure.....but the short position in this stock is very large....and the management needs to get some confidence back while whacking the shorts.

This can be done in many ways....

Lawsuit or no lawsuit....If the company has a value of $15.00 per share......then management needs to get that point out there. Analysts.....M&A......CC.....Insider buying.

Shorters and endless repeated lawsuit announcements by every 2 bit law firm are killing this company.

Fighting back a little bit wouldn't hurt. Company lawyers and insurance representatives can discuss probable outcomes with analysts and shareholders. With the proper insurance.....this whole thing may not even have a material effect.

I love a good short squeeze.......A sudden valuation of $17.00 per share would trigger a cool one. Management holds all the cards.

Just happy thoughts.
