Well Bruce, I see now that you have filed for a 504 Exemption with a Form D back on February 18. I'm glad to see that you are keeping up to date with that filing. I am a bit curious though why you didn't mention it more before now. Don't you think that is material to your activities? That document number is 21F-11079-98 in the SEC files. I continue to wonder about that delay with filing Form 10. I continue to hope for your sake that it is not the beginning of some pattern of avoiding disclosure. You must know that I do not like that.
