The Company may receive up to $24.0 million in milestone payments as well as royalties on sales of GGF2 products The Company believes that its cash, cash equivalents and investments totaling $9.7 million at January 31, 2000 will be sufficient to maintain operations through 2001. The Company is continuing to evaluate alternatives for maximizing shareholder value including the sale or merger of the Company.
