If you follow the history of these type moves up on no news with Ampex, it means that there is news coming soon. It happened in November with Resnick, it has happened recently prior to the Lawsuit verdict and it has happened today. I was so nervous about this stock going below 5 that I was trying to devise some sort of protective plan. I guess I will wait until the news realease before I do anythig. Judging from the past, there will be so sort of positive news soon.
