Scumbria, RE: "Broadcom is giving out incredible stock packages. I lost a guy to them this week, and when he described what he was getting I was hardly inclined to try to stop him." Why don't you sue them? It seems to be the thing to do! Many years ago, after a company I worked for was taken over by a competitor, I lost five employee's through the same head hunter. I finally called him to give him hell, and he found me a new job also. John
