My guess is that Newhawk are being very careful about how they use their available cash, realizing that it is a very bearish market right now for raising additional funds (especially at a stock price of 50 cents). They will want to perform alot of surface work before drilling the Lindsay property further. In a way, this is good news, as it would raise the likelihood of eventual success, should they proceed. If they back out, Allegheny loses the ability to explore this prospective area, at least for the immediate future. It would also hurt investor confidence, although I am not too worried about this due to the fact that AYM is not very well known among the fickle speculative community. Regards.
