I am still amazed by yesterday's rebound. The long bond and the fed funds rate are converging. The market expects the fed funds rate to go substantially above the current yield of the long bond. This market, with its wild swings, rampant speculation and conflicting signals (growth too fast and recession signals at the same time) -- makes my head spin. One thing is now clear -- anything is possible. Good luck.
